Chocolate Cream

While we are making our homemade pastry cream, we add semi-sweet chocolate pieces to melt into the bubbly pudding. More chocolate shavings and a dash of espresso are added to heighten the chocolate flavor. This decadent chocolate cream is topped with more whipped cream and cocoa powder to finish it off.
