Coconut Cream

Our home-made vanilla pudding (nothing out of a box here!) is mixed with sweet coconut flakes while it’s still hot, to “steep” the coconut and allow the oils to release all their amazing flavor.
Topped with billowing clouds of beautifully piped fresh whipped cream. And of course, it’s all held together with our award-winning flaky pie crust.
